버지니아 루던 카운티(Loudoun County)는 9월 30일(수)부터 Route 7과 Route 690(힐스버러 로드) 나들목에서 임시 차로 폐쇄와 교통 흐름 변경이 시작된다고 25일 밝혔다. Route 7 위를 지나는 Route 690 다리를 철거하고 다시 짓는 공사 때문이다. Route 7 동행과 서행 차로 모두에서 허용된 주간·야간 시간대에 차로 폐쇄가 예상된다. 다리 철거 작업은 야간에 진행되며, 날씨가 허락하면 10월 16일까지 이어진다. 카운티는 공사 중 Route 690 통행을 유지하기 위해 단계별로 공사를 진행한다고 설명했다.
