Property Tax Rate Same as Previous 2 Years; FY27 Budget Provides for Reinvestment, New Positions
(September 16, 2026) The City of Frisco’s property tax rate will remain at .425517, for a third year. The City Council unanimously approved an operating balanced budget, which includes a $319.1 million General Fund for FY 2027, beginning October 1, 2026.

텍사스주 프리스코시(City of Frisco)가 재산세율을 0.425517로 3년째 유지하기로 했다. 프리스코 시의회는 16일 발표에 따르면 전날 밤 10월 1일 시작하는 2027 회계연도(FY27)의 일반회계 3억1천910만 달러 규모 균형 운영예산을 만장일치로 승인했다. 프리스코의 평균 과세 대상 주택 가치는 약 60만8,520달러로, 시 재산세 고지서는 평균 2,589.36달러가 된다. 이는 FY26보다 월 약 8달러 늘어난 액수다. 주택 소유자는 20% 주택 면세(homestead exemption)를 계속 받고, 65세 이상이거나 장애가 있는 주택 소유자에게는 8만 달러 추가 면세도 유지된다. 상하수도 요금은 오르며 월평균 공공요금 고지서가 1월부터 약 10달러 인상될 전망이다. 주거용 쓰레기·재활용 요금은 오르지 않는다.
