둘루스시, 심야 노상주차 전면 금지로 조례 개정
조지아주 둘루스시(City of Duluth)가 심야 주차 조례를 개정했다고 11일 밝혔다. 개정 조례에 따라 시 전역의 모든 공공 도로 통행권(public rights-of-way)에서 오전 12시부터 7시까지 야간 주차가 금지된다. 주택가 공공 도로도 포함된다. 지정된 주차 공간(designated parking spaces)에서의 주차는 허용된다. 시는 응급 차량, 스쿨버스, 위생(쓰레기 수거) 차량 통행과 원활한 교통 흐름을 위한 조치라고 설명했다.
