SEATTLE – Applications are now open for a new Low Income Discount Program providing qualifying drivers with a 50% discount on tolls for trips on the State Route 509 Expressway in SeaTac and SR 167 Expressway in Fife.

SR 509·신설 SR 167 통행료 반값 신청 시작

워싱턴주 교통국(WSDOT)은 10월 27일 저소득 운전자를 위한 통행료 50% 할인 신청을 받기 시작했다고 밝혔다. 대상은 시택의 SR 509 익스프레스웨이와 파이프(타코마에서 동쪽으로 약 9km)의 신설 SR 167 익스프레스웨이다. 세전 가구소득이 연방빈곤선의 200% 이하여야 하며, 할인은 SR 167 신설도로에서 통행료를 부과하는 12월부터 적용된다. 기존 SR 167 유료 급행차로에는 적용되지 않는다.
