시애틀 벨타운 인근 스트리트 테이크오버 총격, 20세 남성 사망
시애틀 경찰(SPD) 살인수사팀은 23일, 지난 9월 6일 새벽 시애틀 벨타운 인근 3번가와 클레이 스트리트 교차로에서 불법 스트리트 테이크오버와 관련해 발생한 총격 사건의 수사 경과를 밝혔다. 경찰은 6일 오전 12시 42분 직후 신고를 받고 출동해 20세 남성과 21세 남성을 발견했다. 두 사람은 하버뷰 메디컬센터(HMC)로 이송됐으며, 20세 남성은 끝내 숨졌고 21세 남성은 위독한 상태로 이송돼 입원 중이다. 22세 남성과 26세 여성도 다리에 총상을 입고 스스로 HMC를 찾았다가 퇴원했다. 경찰은 영상과 진술을 토대로 사건 직접 관련자를 모두 특정했다고 밝혔으며, 수사는 계속 중이고 앞으로 몇 주 안에 킹카운티 검찰에 기소 여부 검토를 요청할 예정이다.
