미국 소비자제품안전위원회(CPSC)는 11월 5일 C.A.M.P.의 빙벽등반용 아이스액스 4개 모델과 별도 판매된 나사·너트 키트에 대한 리콜을 발표했다. 나사가 풀리면서 손잡이 또는 피크가 분리돼 추락으로 크게 다치거나 사망할 위험이 있기 때문이다. CPSC는 대상 제품 사용을 즉시 중단하고 무상 수리를 신청하라고 안내했다. 발표 당시 접수된 사고·부상은 없었다.
