연방 메디케어·메디케이드서비스센터(CMS)는 9월28일 2027년도 메디케어 어드밴티지(MA)와 처방약보험(파트D) 보험료가 대체로 낮아질 것으로 전망한다고 발표했다. MA 가중평균 보험료는 2026년 월 14.37달러에서 2027년 12.00달러로 16.5% 낮아질 것으로 예상된다. MA에 포함된 처방약보험(MA-PD) 평균 보험료도 11.32달러에서 7.00달러로 38% 낮아질 전망이다. 반면 독립형(단독) 파트D 플랜 보험료는 35.09달러에서 36달러로 1달러 미만 오를 것으로 예상된다. 이 수치는 모두 CMS의 "전망치(projected)"이며 확정 금액은 아니다.
