Inflation Adjustment for EOIR OBBBA Fees; Fiscal Year 2027
The Department of Justice ("Department") is making inflationary adjustments to immigration-related fees for filings with the Executive Office for Immigration Review ("EOIR") as required by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act for Fiscal Year ("FY") 2027.

이민법원 항소·재심 수수료 10월 1일부터 인상
법무부 산하 이민심사국(EOIR)이 2027 회계연도 물가 반영에 따라 이민법원과 이민항소위원회(BIA)에 내는 수수료를 올려 2026년 10월 1일 이후 접수분부터 적용한다. 생체정보 수수료를 빼고 이민판사 결정 항소(EOIR-26)는 1,060달러, 이민판사 결정 재개·재심 신청은 1,095달러, 영주권자 추방 취소 신청(EOIR-42A)은 730달러, 비영주권자 추방 취소·신분조정 신청(EOIR-42B)은 1,690달러다. 2025년 제정된 OBBBA 법에 따른 수수료분이 물가상승률 3.4%를 반영해 항목별로 20~50달러 오른 것이며, 수수료 면제 규정은 바뀌지 않았다. EOIR은 올바른 수수료나 면제 신청이 없는 서류는 계속 반려한다고 밝혔다.
